About Our Equipments and Workshops:
We have over 100 sets production equipments in our company, such as: one set of German Trumpf cutting machine; two sets of German Trumpf CNC punch presses; five sets of Japan AMADA CNC bending machines; one set of large CNC gantry milling machine; nine sets of 25T-80T precision high speed punching machines; Over twenty sets of 60T-200T Tai Wan punching machines and so on.
Our production principle is: different production departments produce different products. Stamping production department and sheet metal production department are the main production department in our company.
Main products in stamping production department: Fuse wire copper cap, fuse clip, precision shrapnel, precision continuous terminal and so on, like these kinds of precision metal stamping parts.
Main products in sheet metal production department: Furniture hardware, household appliances, office hardware, computer case, battery cabinet, screen walls, operating floors, and other similar hardware accessories.
We can also do some surface treatment according to customer's requirements. Like passivation, oxidation, anodizing, coating or brushing is the common surface treatment which we can do.
